Vor vielen Jahren habe ich an einem Jägerzaun auf einer Holztafel mal folgenden Spruch gelesen, der mir seitdem nicht mehr aus dem Kopf geht:

"Daß mir der Hund das Liebste sei,
so sagst Du, Mensch, sei Sünde.
Der Hund bleibt mir im Sturme treu,
der Mensch nichtmal im Winde."
