Hi,
I think, what you have seen would be the ELO, a new 'breed' of one breeder only.
This 'breed2 presented in TV and in dogmagazins here in Germany. But you must
know, this breed is not accept by the german Kennel Club VDH or the FCI.
It is the question, what is a 'breed'? I live here in a little village in
northern Germany and our butcher have had some litters with his mix-bitch and a
same studdog ( a mix too). This are very nice dogs but it is a 'breed'?
The problem of 'new breeds' was, is and will be the inbreeding because the
population of those is to small. A problem of much small 'pure-breeds', too. The
FCI ( located in Brussellas) accept wide more about 200 dog breeds in the hole
world. I believe this are more than enough for the different dog fanciers
Best greetings from Schleswig-Holstein
Wolfgang
